OPTIMUM SECURITIES CORPORATION is a member of Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) which is primarily engaged in stocks brokering and/or dealing of securities and online trading. The company officially started its operations as member-firm of Makati Stock Exchange and licensed as broker and dealer by Securities and Exchange Comimssion on October 10, 1989. 

On October 31, 1990, the single biggest special block sale ever in the local bources was consummated in Makati Stock Exchange by Optimum Securities Corporation. The Del Rosario group unloaded most of its holding (PEC) Precision Electronic Corporation to Matsushita Electric Company Ltd. of Japan. The deal was consummation of the merger between Precision Electronic Corporation and National Panasonic Philippines Inc. Because of the cross sale, Optimum Securities Corporation was one of the top brokers of the 90's. 

For almost 24 years, optimum Securities Corporation was established as a very competent and reliable broker-dealer dealing with their clients, helping investors to achieve their goals, and give efficient services.

Optimum Securities Corporation is compliance as per audit made by Capital Market Integrity Corporation and Philippine Stock Exchange with no record of violation regarding trading rules, net capital rule/risk based capital adequacy ratio and other financial ratios necessary to determine the adequate capital for operation, customer protection rule, relevant revisions of the securities laws on the business conduct and sales practices of trading participants. As member, we ensure that the customers funds are properly kept on a designated reserve accounts.
